Private Lessons

Tailored to Your Individual Needs

Private lessons are the very best way to personally experience the benefits of the Alexander Technique.

Your teacher uses gentle hands-on and verbal instruction to guide you through simple movements like:

  • Standing
  • Sitting
  • Walking
  • Lying down

Your teacher helps you recognize unconscious habits of moving that add to tension, stress or pain.

And together, you explore  ways of moving with less tension and stress.

You begin to unlock your natural

  • Ease
  • And balance

Each lesson is approximately 40 minutes long and the student remains fully clothed.
